  • Warranty & Disclaimer:  We offer the following warranty & disclaimer on plants. Our professional crews install them.

  • Trees and shrubs are warrantied for one year from the date of ODL installation. This is if they are watered with an automatic drip system set to a proper schedule.  We do not warranty annuals, perennials, bulbs, ground cover or indoor plants.

  • We will replace warranties in spring and fall. We will only replace them once.  Replacement plants are not subject to subsequent warranty periods.

  • We are not liable for plants killed or damaged by pests or insects. We are also not liable for damage from unusual weather, such as drought, or other conditions beyond our control.  We will not replace plants experiencing seasonal ‘die-back’ when pruning and proper care will restore them to health.

  • No warranty is provided on transplanted materials.

  • We cannot warrant against weed growth in mulch or topsoil beds due to the germination of dormant seeds prevalent in the soil.

  • Unless otherwise specified, all warranties are void if full payment is not received within 10 days of installation.

  • All landscape plants are accepted under these conditions. No other warranty, whether said or implied, will apply.

  • DISCLAIMER: We will try hard to avoid harm to our customers’ property. But, Outdoor Design, LLC is not responsible for damage to invisible fence or irrigation lines. They are also not responsible for damage to TV, cable, or electric lines. We are also not responsible for damage to lampposts or other outdoor lighting. This damage may happen during installations.  These lines and fixtures may be marked by the contractor who installed them. The customer must contact the contractor. They must mark any underground lines and pay to locate or fix them.
